ACADEMIC ASSISTANT CDI

Missions & Activities:
Under the responsibility of the Academic Manager, you will have to:
1. Assist the academic manager in coordinating and supervising academic activities.
2. Assist the academic Manager in day to day activities
3. Replace the academic manager if needed
4. Ensure the respect of the academic calendar
5. Ensure the roll out of the various courses and produce reports to the management team.
6. Ensure the organization of the examination and supervise the catch-up sessions
7. Ensure compliance with hourly costs and program execution.
8. Ensure professors and lecturers availability
9. Ensure the availability of exam topics as well as corrections and publication of results

PROFILE: 
• Master’s degree in education science, organizational, management, marketing, communication or
HR
• 3 to 4 years of experience in high school or private university management
• Fluent English (1st language) and French (2nd language)
• Have knowledge in management and work organization
• Computers skills
• Good written and oral ability
• Ability to work in a team
• Good interpersonal skills
